I had an interview with the line manager, not more than 30 minutes long. They explained me a bit about the position, asked about my previous experience and what I expected about the job.

What say your friends about you? How they described you? What problems had you in your previous role and how did you resolved it?
They do mass interviews. It's overwhelming. You get a 5 minute single interview. You get group interviews. Then you get a proper interview. Group interviews are about problem solving and aptitude testing. 5 minutes is kind of a screening process. 1 on 1 is more of a traditional interviews. I guess it finds them good people because I ended up working with good people.
