Entretien téléphonique avec le responsable Hébergement dans un premier temps. Un entretien avec le même responsable Hébergement et le chef de brigade dans le restaurant de l'hôtel quelques jours plus tard, suivi d'un entretien individuel avec le chef Réception

Bon entretien dans l’ensemble. La personne en charge du recrutement était accueillante et m’a présenté clairement le poste, les missions principales et les attentes liées à la réception. L’échange était professionnel, avec des questions sur mon expérience, ma motivation et ma capacité à gérer les clients.
I applied for the role of receptionist today. With 6 years of experience working in hospitality instead of considering me they decide to say I am not a good fit. From what that sounds like, its a very poor recruitment team and very poor management. If this is how they react to new applicants, then its not worth it at all.
Le processus d’embauche était fluide et agréable : candidature en ligne, entretien RH, puis échange avec l’équipe. Communication claire, tests pertinents et retour rapide. Excellente expérience, respectueux et motivant !
