Novonor interview questions

My hiring process took about 8 months. The first phase was a psychological profile. It was a questionnaire with 250 multiple-answer questions, it took me about 3 hours to complete, was very extenuated. After that I receive a phone call 1 month later, to present myself to the next phase. The next phase was a group dynamics to see how you handle team work. It was like 6 hours long. After that it was a series of group interviews, about 5, with various directors, until a final interview with the region CEO.
