Depending on the position, you may be interviewed by as many as 4 or 5 separate panels with 2 people each. It can be an all day event. If you are lucky, it will happen the same day, if not, you will be required to come back because there is always someone who changes their schedule.

I had a very good interview experience for a manager level job. Very responsive HR, they swiftly processed my application and arranged for the initial tele-screening. afterwards, I was called for F2F interview where I was asked to present a case study followedby competency based interview. In the end, Department head had 1 on 1 session with me.
