long long process so many people interviewed me. The direct manager was moving to another position so he was not really caring who to hire for the position. I got an offer but declined it
1/2 Interviewers didn't turn up. The other interviewer had not read my CV nor did they know which role I was applying for. They didn't introduce themselves but went straight into my intro and scenario questions. Cold experience which didn't allow me to learn anything about Novartis nor the role
