I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Novartis (Basilea)

The first interview was a phone call with one person lasting about 30 Minutes.
The second interview was a whole day at the Novartis facilities where I was interviewed by seven different people, one after the other. Even the invitation for lunch was a job interview.

Question 1
The questions were focussing on former situations. E.g. I was asked to give an example of a situation in which I behaved as a team player.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Novartis (East Hanover, NJ) in Aug 2015
Interview
I received an email approx 2 weeks after applying online for a phone screen. The phone screen was set up for a few days later, and it consisted of questions regarding past experience and skills. A week later I received an email to schedule an in person interview to meet with HR and 5 hiring managers. This was a 5 hour or so interview. Behavioral questions and scientific questions. Everyone was very nice and laid back but you need to make sure you have scenarios that you can describe for the behavioral questions.
