Interview
The interview process just goes as same as other classic interviews. The staffing center firstly screen the CV and reach to short list candidate for a tele/ face-2-face interview. The 2nd round is to meet the prospectus line manager together with division HRBP. Then the final round is to meet the divisional GM, which depends on which level you interview.

Three interviews. The interviews with HR and the current manager went well. They asked questions and we're engaged in the interview process. Third interview with department head; was on his phone throughout the interview, asked three questions and did not listen to my responses. When I asked questions, they were never answered. He even forgot my name as he left. A 30 minute interview that lasted 10 minutes. The guy obviously did not want to be there. Just a terrible experience.

Behavioral questions based on 5-7 competencies. Key is leadership, and teamwork.
Series of 2 interviews, one led by HR other by a technical person but the tone of both interviews was similar.
