I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Novartis in Aug 2020
Interview
The best thing about it was they didn't shortlist based on CGPA at all.
1st round Aptitude
2nd round Coding
3rd Technical interview
4th Final HR interview
In every interview, they were patient enough to listen to everything that you have to say, and they give a chance to you for answers, and they don't rush you in. Also, the interviewer was kind enough to give my feedback, which was the best part.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most aptitude questions were general quantitative questions covering almost every topic.
Coding round questions were based on CodeJam's questions.
Technical Interview was based on resume entirely. (I have written DJANGO, so they asked me on that)
THE final HR round was just basic questions.
Good, smooth process without any inconvenience right from interview to offer letter process is smooth and transparent.Hr is also very supportive, hiring team is good. They took 2 technical rounds, one managerial round and then the HR discussion.
Typical interview with Hiring manager as a comntacter how do you support operations, • What are the key performance indicators (KPIs) you would monitor in an operational environment?
• How would you identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies within an operational process?
Smooth and nice. Competent people. Appreciate being there. But i would like to get to work there. Salary expectations very very low, And no benefits proposed. Not recommend at all
