I was called to meet in person to meet panel (HR Head) for 1.30 hour and they have blocked my time for 2 hours. After going there, i was made to wait for 30 minutes and later some other panel comes and meets me for 15 mins crisp discussion not at all in detail. Later recruiter says that panel (HR Head) is not available we will call you sometime again in coming 2 -3 days. After 10 days i get mail from recruiter stating that i have not cleared the interview. I hold 13+ years of experience, i have never come across seen such a weird interview process and did not expect this response from such a big company (Novartis). Finally i would like to say, please respect other person's calendar or valuable time.
