Initial communication was via phone, then a 1:1 with the hiring manager, a 1:1 with manager's peer, a 1:1 with potential partner, and lastly a phone interview with an executive business director. It took approximately 4 weeks before an offer was extended. Have a good understanding of the market you will be selling in. I had my brag book prepared and shared my information, but didn't have to give them a copy of it.

Phone interview followed by scheduled face to face to basicly meet you in person and see what your communication skills and background were verbally, with of course bringing a brag book of accomplishments.
