I was interviewed by HR Manager and Training Partner. They asked the usual questions like where do I see myself in next 5 years, what are my strengths and weaknesses, and gave me a scenario-based question. The training partner seems to be more interested to know how I conduct training sessions in my previous company, what improvements can be made etc. which led me to think that I was being interviewed for a training post instead.

The interview was good... All gmp, gdp and process related questions.

Called in for interview. Was interviewed by three groups consisting of four in each group. They asked
some very good questions that I was prepared for, but they did ask one question I had never heard before that was challenging.
