Interview process is quite moderate and they ask mostly about the current profile and check for the ability of the candidate in term of adaptability and team work. 1 telephonic HR round and 2 technical rounds with manager and group head. main focus in on the soft skills and consistency of the candidate.

Personal Interview + Interaction with Global Counterparts. Initial round was 1:1 with the India head and salary discussion with HR.
next and Final round was with the US counterparts
1-1 Round mainly about my work experince and knowledge of pharma domain. Process improvements made in my current org etc.
HR Round on my salary expectations and relocation front.
US Counterpart round was with a panel who asked mainly some beauty pageant type questions which can be aced with that kind of answers

We had a campus recruitment with a criteria of 60% throughout your academic year. Only one HR round was taken by the company. They asked me to introduce myself. Then they asked about my summer internship. They also asked why i would like to join Novartis.
