Joined as a campus recruit, difficulty level is high, selection process includes aptitude test, presentation, business case study, personal technical interview, HR interview.
Tip one needs to display exceptional values and behavious to get selected. Novartis is highly critical about them

Interview
There are 5 rounds, each round is an elimination Round. Test, GD, Written Case Study followed by an Interview, HR-1, HR-2. Test and Case Study was easy, GD was very well moderated. However, it was the Interview based on Case Study that was difficult. The interviewer grilled me rigorously for every answer I gave

Rounds:Online test(aptitude,logical reasoning,DI),Group Discussion(Is India ready for cashless??)'written case study,interview on case study,fictional interview and the last one was HR.
Online test was very easy. Anyone having basic aptitude test can clear it easily. Just be calm and do your best.After online test shortlist was 100out of 200.GD round topics were different for different groups. After GD the number got reduced to 50.For case studies go for quantitative analysis with good reasoning.
