I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Colorado Springs, CO) in Jun 2019
Interview
There was a panel of three interviewers, but it was relaxed. The interview was for an entry level position, and most of the time was spent discussing past projects while I was still in university.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Very fast, professional. First, a 30 min screening, then a Panel interview with 3 people ~ 1 hr. Basically went over my resume, job description, and asked basic questions about skills listed in the job description (Kalman filter for ex). Pretty laid back. Managers seemed nice.
Entire process took max 3 weeks. First got an email. Week after screening. week after interview. Got a congratulatory all 2 days later
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Long Beach, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I went to apply at a career fair at my college, then they contacted me to set up an interview at my college. The interviewer was really nice and was really understanding.
