I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
A face to face interview with two members of the northrop team, where we talked about experience, technical questions and soft skills. The technical questions were quick fired with the interviewer ticking or crossing your answers and then the soft skills were more ambiguous.

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2018
Interview
Basic STAR questions were asked, with a good amount of small talk in between. No technical questions, all questions were behavior or pertaining to my resume. Built up acquaintances with recruiters that helped secure the interview.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview

Declined at the end because they offered a massively low salary for a senior position (almost 35% below market value). Felt like they were just trying to get recent graduates but somehow accidentally called me in for an interview.
