I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2014
Interview
The people were nice. Interviewed with three people from the team I would work on. The questions were not technical but mainly on what I have done in the past.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (El Segundo, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
It was a panel type interview with the senior managers. First contact was through phone and email to set up interview date. Interview was in person, had to whiteboard some code, and answer a couple of standard interview questions. The whole interview was only about an hour long. There was a reply a week later. I didn't get the job, but I recommend reviewing your programming abilities and being able to whiteboard in your favorite language.

Interview
Applied online through the job site and was contacted by HR requesting a phone interview. Phone interview was brief (~30min), and a couple weeks later was followed by an on-site panel interview (also short, ~1 hour). The whole process was very quick, and actually pretty laid back. I wouldn't describe any part of the process as stressful.
