Northrop Grumman interview questions

The last time that I underwent the interview process I had to join one phone interview and one in person interview. Since my position was not expressly technical, there was no skills test. When I applied to a management position I also underwent a S.T.A.R interview.

The interview process at Northrop Grumman was very interesting because they give you some test questions and based on what you got, they will give you position that’s is at your level of knowledge.
