Very bias lead interview. Poor no win questions and no context whatsoever. Interview so poor there is no notes and no tailored feedback. The UK is nothing like the American company and as such it is quite strange they continue to use their branding and messaging. They’re not innovative, inclusive or even agile in the UK. Had my interview at a conference. Interviews was pretty much self explanatory. They didn’t ask any technical questions but asked a lot of situational questions. Interview was fairly short as they had to interview a lot more people after me.
