Northrop Grumman interview questions

Standard structure STAR (situation, task, action, result) interview with multiple questions. Two panel members, one technical and one Human Resources. 5-6 questions but most were behavior based and then an opportunity to ask questions at the end.

The interview process was long (Applied in May, received job offer in August). However, it was a great interview. My interview panel members were great, and made for a really comfortable interview experience.
