long. Talked with a recruiter several times, interviewed with the director, my potential peers, the VP. It actually took me 2 full months to get on- very slow with lots of red tape. Have lots of patience, you don't just interview one day and get in the next day.

Interview
Initially, the process started with a phone call from a HR recruiter. Followed by one-on-one interviews with a panel of technical interveiwers and end with a final session with HR. The following week an offer was made by phone with an written offer by e-mail. I had one week to make a decision on the offer for the position. Lastly, I had to sign a number of forms after accepting the position.

Interview
Approximately four 1:1 interviews with various managers. Good leadership / management team. Excellent literature describing division / products. Were able to make a hiring decision quickly. Interview occurred because they were looking to expand program management capabilities. Technology / science intensive company - suitable for those with strong technical background, even for jobs on the business side.
