Interview
In March, I had two interviews and I thought it went pretty well but apparently I was mistaken. After two weeks or so, I received the "not so good news" letter through email. As for other Engineering position, I haven't received any words from HR or the supervisor for well over 4 weeks.

Interview
I got an email setting up an on site interview. When I got there, there were 3 guys waiting for me. They ask me mostly non technical stuff and explained their projects to me. The only other thing they ask were my past experience and general stuff about explain what an API is.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Jan 2008
Interview
I received a phone call expressing interest and a request to come in for an interview which I accepted. After the interview I received a phone call rather quickly making me an offer. I accepted the interview, after which I needed to go to a medical lab and get a drug screen.
