Northrop Grumman interview questions

30 minute phone interview with hiring manager (technical guy compared to an HR rep) as a preliminary screen. Precursor to eventual more comprehensive technical interview with hiring manager and team members

Interview all behavioral questions. Interviewer did ask about questions regarding system engineer but nothing crazy. They just want to see if you can work with people and have some basic knowledge on what you’ll be doing in that position. Overall a really good interview if you’re confident and know how to talk.
