I applied online through the Northrop Grumman website. About 2 months after applying for the position, I got a phone call from Human Resources requesting an on-site interview. The interview was with 2 of the Program Managers, very informal but professional and only took about 30 minutes. Was mostly asked behavioral and interest questions and discussed my resume/experience.

Friend recommended me to recruiter. After a few months the recruiter called me to schedule an interview. Flew to the interview on site, went for a tour and then for the interview with the Hiring Manger. Interview went smooth, just past experiences question. After a few days received a verbal offer. Right now i'm in the process of receiving the formal offer.
