Interview
I applied on the NG website, then the recruiting assistant responded a few days later and we scheduled an 1 hour phone interview for later that same week. I then interviewed with the hiring manager and was told that I would hear back in about 3-4 weeks. Offer was made from HR recruiter (did not negotiate). Entire process took about 4-5 weeks. So far so good.

Interview
Submitted my resume on their career site, fairly easy process. Received an email from their HR a week later about their interest in me, and scheduling a time to interview. I was interviewed by three individuals, the hiring manager for that department, and two master techs. Went over fundamental theory of electronics, and other behavioral questions, and personal accolades. Two weeks later I'm contacted with an offer. I felt a bit over dressed for the occasion. Everyone was in casual attire and lab coats, while I was in a suit and tie. But better safe than sorry....i do not regret wearing the suit.

Interview
Interview was pretty long, about 3-4 hours. First interview was with the hiring manager for about 30-40 minutes, then I got passed around to 5 other managers. At first I did not know I was interviewing with other managers, but once I was in there, the questions became repetitive.
