I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Melbourne, FL) in May 2014
Interview
The hiring process takes a while. I think from the time I filled out the application online to when I finally interviewed was at least three months. You fill out the resume online... and then you wait. My advice for those of you searching for positions is to apply early and be patient. You can keep an eye on your status of your application. Under review by recruiter > Under review by hiring manager > Interview. I had a phone interview with the manager of the position.

Question 1
Standard Question: Tell me about a challenging time from your current/previous position and how you handled it?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview went really well. I had met the interviewer at the NSBE Conference in Boston, MA. I followed up with an email and the recruiter reached out to me regarding interviewing for the Professional Development Program. The questions were pertaining to my work experiences listed on my resume. The conversation felt genuine and flowed naturally. We had great conversations about how did I get from my undergraduate university to my current graduate university, frustrating situations that I have been in and how I overcame them, and courses that I have enjoyed as, both, an undergraduate and graduate student.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to test something? What did you notice? What were your expected results?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Focus was on engineering projects outside the classroom. Essentially they wanted to see how involved I was beyond my studies and what specifically I did to contribute to an engineering application. Few behavorial questions but nothing out of the ordinary. I was thrown off a bit by one technical question but it wasn't anything crazy.
