I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Azusa, CA)
Interview
Was called out to the Azusa facility for an event where a tour and interviews were held for selected students. About 50 students showed up from all different California universities. We were broken into two groups and while one was touring the facility the other was being called for panel (two-person) interviews. Overall the vibe was laid back and professional.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (El Segundo, CA) in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview process was fairly normal. It was a panel interview in El Segundo. Since my credentials were the perfect match for the position it was very easy and the interviewers didn't really focus on my resume. It was actually really easy and I the fact that I received an offer shows that it went well.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Sierra Vista, AZ) in May 2012
Interview
The process was very professional, and the interviewers were experts in their areas. I was confident that I would be offered the position. The position description was a perfect match for my experience and talents. The technical questions the panel asked were in line with the duties I've performed over the last three and a half years.

Question 1
The questions were all standard, save for the one about my bowling scores. That was a bit a levity after they'd already decided to hire me.
