NGC reached out to me because they had my resume flowed down to them from a business contact I had. Called me and asked me to interview with them the next day- I had not applied to any positions. Asked me generic questions like:
What is your experience with accounting and economics?
Why do you think you can manage?

Interview
This was a few years back, but the process was relatively easy. I met with the 2 hiring folks for about an hour. I was given an offer days later. On boarding was a little difficult but considering the employer and business it should be expected.

Interview
Very good, they asked several questions regarding the resume and asked for your weaknesses. Overall was a very nice interview and they were very nice about it. Northrop employers were very respectable
