Northrop Grumman interview questions

I interviewed at the Rolling Meadows, IL campus for a Systems Engineer position in the Professional Development Program (PDP). There were three interviewers. I think two software people and one systems person. Overall, the interview went well with limited technical questions. The main focus was how I interacted within a team and my previous experiences working within a team. They did ask me general questions about my masters thesis, which was the extent of technical questions.

Phone interview, laid back and pretty straightforward. Asked some typical questions along with some specific to experiences discussed. Also asked some personal questions to get to know me as a person as well
