I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Melbourne, FL) in Jun 2025
Interview
Interviewer said I didn't have enough experience even though the application was for an entry level position and I had more previous experience with all the minimum and recommended skills and experience form the job description.
I only had a single virtual round(another over phone with H/R rep.), relatively simple, it was very technical, didn't really check much on my personality or work ethic, but the interview process went by quick and relatively smoothly. They only gave me 2days to think on the offer, which I felt a bit rush-y at the time, but I didn't have much choice at the moment

Interview
All behavioral, asked questions like name me a time you did x, how did y impact z, tell me about yourself. There was nothing that was a curveball and are par for the course for a lot of behavioral interviews in the space.
