Northrop Grumman Intern - Hourly interview questions

I had an initial phone screen which I think I did well in. They asked me a few questions about my resume; however, I could tell that the person was a rep who didn't really know engineering that well. A few months later they got back to me with an offer.

Applied, took about 1 month to get feedback. received an email from the recruiter to schedule interview with hiring manager. Phone interviewed with the manager that same week. She was really nice but I feel I was too nervous. Response took about 2 weeks, I didn't get an offer. I feel i asked too many questions, which I thought was a good thing.
