Northrop Grumman interview questions

Very casual. Had a zoom interview and was offered a position after the fact. Interviewer was kind and seemed like he wanted to know about my life and interests in addition to my experience in the field.

I met a representative at a career fair. Spoke to him for 5 minutes and gave him my resume. Received an invitation to interview two days later (didn't know what position I was interviewing for). That was a 45 min phone call with a technical manager. After that one phone call I received an offer.
