Done within the company. Overall straight forward and easy. Just applied through company website, received a IM for a interview a few weeks later, and accepted it. Had a hour long phone conversation with some questions I did poorly on, while others I did well on, and got the call for the job almost a month later.

The interview was fairly easy. You are in the presence of three managers. That might be the most nerve-wrecking part. But for the most part, the manager who will hire you asks most of the behavioral questions. There are no technical questions.
