Northrop Grumman interview questions

Behavioral interview following the star format. Asked simple questions and no surprises. Relatively straightforward and did not try to trick you. Gave a company overview and information about the role.

Didn’t start on time and didn’t have a location Selected. Not all on interview invite attended. Questions didn’t align with job description. Unable to collaborate on my cultural question and punted response when asked to elaborate. Willing to give a tour of facility which was helpful.
