Relatively easy. A lot of non-technical questions about past experiences and how you would approach different scenarios. A few random tech questions sprinkled in but no "puzzles" or anything unexpected.

Interview
There were three stages. One with the recruiter to go over general competencies. The second stage was scheduled a few days later and you speak with a panel of HR professionals. Then finally, they invite you to come onsite.

Interview
First, there was a 10 minute phone interview screening followed by roughly a 45 minute video interview. The decision time was stated to be between 2-3 weeks. The hiring manager was very open to questions and wanted to develop a conversation more than anything.
