I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Baltimore, MD) in Oct 2022
Interview
Waste of time. Interview team doesn't do interviews on Fridays so I had to take a vacation day. Had two interviewers, neither of which were the person stated on the email confirmation. By the time they asked every basic interview question I didn't even want to work for this company if it meant regular interaction with these managers.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Dulles, VA) in Oct 2022
Interview
A week after I sent in my application, a recruiter reached out to schedule an interview about a week out. Interviewer prefaced the interview with that they had just woken up. Understandable when working long hours, but made me feel like I wasn’t going to be taken seriously as a candidate. The interviewer said this interview was a chance to gloat about my previous work and projects, which was nice, but hardly felt like they were getting to know how I’d fit with a team or under certain situations. They ended up sharing a lot about their own projects. This was nice, because I got insight into the background of a HM in Northrop. At the end of the interview, the interviewer was cryptic about his thoughts on me and was focused on conducting his next interview for the day.
