I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Long Beach, CA) in Dec 2019
Interview
The majority of the questions were situation based questions. There seemed to be an emphasis on soft skills. Very little emphasis on hard skills as I was a student at the time.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (San Diego, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Very straightforward. One hour call with hiring managers. Basic questions - I rambled as I felt comfortable in the interview - and did get a verbal offer. The hiring managers were trying to place me based on my skill set.

Question 1
They gave me an offer. I had a pending offer with Blue Origin that was not for certain due to remote work agreement. I asked for time - they said I could reach back if the status changed with BO . I did so when the BO remote work agreement failed after a week. NG moved on to other candidates and closed out my job application status.
