After you send you initial application which requires you to fill in personal details, send your resume and answer in detail 3 personal statement style questions, successful candidates are given to opportunity to do an initial virtual interview. It's a short 30-minute interview less formal than the final interview. They just want to get to know you a bit better, and explain the questions you answered in the application. If you are successful in this, you will be called up to the final stage of recruitment which is the assessment center.
