Northrop Grumman interview questions

4 rounds each day for 2 days. 3 technical rounds/placement discussions, 1 HR each day. Food & room were provided, as well as facility tours and group dinners. Technical rounds were very basic. HR rounds barely even had questions.

Extensive interview process, but a holistic experience. Really well put together, and helped potential employees understand the culture and type of work. Very thorough interviews, and multiple different formats that allowed to showcase different skills like team work, problem solving, and new ideation.
