Initial 30 minute phone interview. Then invited to the company for 4 one on one interviews with software engineers and managers, each 30 minutes. Started off with questions about yourself and any related experience. Then standard computer programming questions.

Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
Formal, not too stressful. Ensures you understand the basics and thay you know what you're talking about as you may be getting interviewed by somebody that's technical at some point.
