Interview
Manager was very pleasant during phone interview. No tough questions at all. Just a quick take on my background/resume/experience. Most of the phone interview consisted of the two managers on the conference call explaining to me the details of the project I was to be hired on, since it did not directly relate to the field of engineering I was studying

Interview
I applied at the career fair and online. I had a phone interview which was really casual. The hiring manager didn't ask any technical question and basically just wanted to get to know me better. I was offered a second interview on site later that month. I then interviewed in front of about five people... again, no technical questions. They basically just asked about my previous work experiences and what I'm capable of. The interview ended with tour and they offered me an internship later that week. Overall, a great experience.

Interview
Was already a current employee & I applied for a internal position by intranet. Got notification by email of interview request and details. Interview went very smooth & I was told that I would receive notification of a decision. I never received any kind of notification so I kept checking the status on the employee job site until it totally disappeared still in interview status. Human resources at this location does a very poor job & has a very poor reputation of how employees are treated. People with less experience & skills that are not current employees with get a position before a qualified current employee.
