Behavioral Type Questions. Prepare before hand and it will be less stressful. My interview was over the telephone. Took a while to get the offer ( about two weeks) and I had already gotten another offer, which I had to accept within three so I ended up not accepting.

They wanted me to email them two pages worth of questions that I answered at their request. I didn't know that they cannot receive attachments on email due to their security. I completed the assignment in a day and then 3 weeks later was told I never sent in the questions. When I explained I had sent it several times they told me about the email problem...
