Northrop Grumman Software Engineer I interview questions

The people were nice. Interviewed with three people from the team I would work on. The questions were not technical but mainly on what I have done in the past.

It was a panel type interview with the senior managers. First contact was through phone and email to set up interview date. Interview was in person, had to whiteboard some code, and answer a couple of standard interview questions. The whole interview was only about an hour long. There was a reply a week later. I didn't get the job, but I recommend reviewing your programming abilities and being able to whiteboard in your favorite language.
