The interview process typically involves several stages, beginning with an initial screening to determine if the candidate meets the basic requirements for the position. This may be followed by a phone or video interview, which is used to further assess the candidate's qualifications and suitability for the role. Next, the candidate may be invited for an in-person interview, where they will meet with one or more members of the hiring team to discuss their skills and experience in more detail. Depending on the role and company, the interview process may also include skills assessments, reference checks, and background checks.

Interview
The interview process is straightforward and quick. It starts with a brief recruiter call, followed by a technical round that mirrors real work. Candidates who advance complete a short panel loop covering coding, system design and a behavioral chat. The final step is a quick conversation with the hiring manager to confirm fit and discuss next steps. Communication is clear and the timeline is usually fast.
