Begining of March I applied for this position. Then there was a long silence until begining of May. Then they invited me for an Assesment Center. There were five guys who were running for the position, and we had to work together in different situations. Couple of leaders were there from the company. We also had private interviews with psychologists and with the Managers. During the interviews the rest of the team were filling out some tests. After this Assesment Center there was another long silence, and I was calling them in middle of July. Then they requested some days to call me back, and then they called me back and offered me the position. The salary negotiation phase went quite good for me, and after that the hiring procedure went smoothly.
