I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NiCE (Ciudad de México) in Oct 2011
Interview
The interview process was good. I attended 2 interviews with the Manager who hired me, We spoke about my experience, jobs made as well as about what NICE was looking for.
During the interview the Manager convinced that I was the right candidate.

Question 1
He asked me about my experiences in the previous companies I worked for, questions related to the profile required for the NICE job.
Very negative experience! One time I applied for opened position. The recruiter asked to schedule an interview far in the future, after what simply disappeared and never replied to emails. Second time they reached me via the linkedin, saying I am a good match and after asking for resume salary etc never responded again. I think it is very unprofessional and with 0 respect to candidates. Possibly, they investigate marker this way.
Recruiter wasted my time by not responding to my emails, then forgetting about our exchange and trying to headhunt me again. Don't bother with anyone from this company reaching out to you.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NiCE (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2024
Interview
Contacted by their internal recruiter via Linkedin to apply for an open PM role. The role has been vacant for 8 weeks which is a red flag in this current very saturated competitive market. The recruiter let me know at the end of the interview there would be 3 additional interview rounds plus an onsite and a case study presentation.
