Newmont interview questions

Formal panel interview with multiple team members. It was a mix of both typical behavioural questions and also technical questions. Overall, it was a pleasant interview experience, and was not too dificult.

Junior role, advertised as a more senior related position. was conducted by a relatively experienced HR representative and the manager of the department. 2-person interview with a limited understanding of the entirety of the role, location, and potential for disruption. Weak, rushed, and unprofessional.
