NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital interview questions

I had applied online. The interview was a phone interview and was given a 1 hour time frame. The interviewer did not call until the last 10 minutes of the time frame. She just asked questions usually found online. You can confirm via email that you want this interview but they state they will not respond to the confirmation which I thought was unusual.
