I applied online. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY) in Dec 2019
Interview
The interview process was great. I felt everything occurred with ease. I wasn't feeling the best the day of the interview but both the HR recruiter and CTICU team made me feel quite welcomed the day of the interview
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process went well. The ladies that did interview asked about past experience doing Housekeeping. They asked about experience dealing with people. I worked in hospitality for a long time so I have that covered.

Question 1
What did i do when a customer was hostile at work.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY) in Dec 2019
Interview
The process took almost a month. I had a 30 min phone interview and then an hour in person interview. After that they started the onboarding process by asking for my references. A few days later I get a random email telling me I have another interview with the director. I wasn't informed of this, no-one asked me if the time and date was ok, they just randomly sent me this email expecting me to take. Which I did. I asked the recruiter if I should stop reaching out to my references because of this random interview , he told me no. Now I guess the director doesn't trust her teams opinion enough. She started interviewing me like I hadn't spent nearly 2 hours already interviewing with the hospital. There was pages of notes on me. Talking to her was more like "how can you earn my respect" instead of can you do the position. She asked the same questions over and over again expecting a different answer each time. Seem like a real power trip. I emailed about my status since it been over 3 weeks. Got no response, until over a week later at 8pm. How unprofessional. This place seems like the culture is toxic and not a good one to join.
