NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital interview questions

1) Brief phone interview by recruiter 2) Half day of interviews. You interview for multiple departments throughout the day. Multiple leaders from each department conduct the interviews. There is a lot of time to network with other candidates and NYP employees throughout the day when you're not interviewing. This time could have been structured better by NYP, however.

The interview process consisted of a phone interview with a Recruiter followed by an interview with the chief PA and then meeting with other PAs on the floor. After interviewing in person I received a call from my recruiter, Michele Jones, about two weeks later, who presented me with an offer! Michele was so nice to work with and very helpful throughout this whole process. Overall the interview/hiring process felt pretty seamless, but does take about 1-2 months. However, I’m wasn’t local during the interview process, so that probably had something to do with the length of time.
