I applied online. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process seemed to be disorganized. I was contacted initially by the Trauma Coordinator who claimed she had received my resume from the recruiter, however, I was never contacted by anyone from talent acquisition. Several days later I received an email from talent acquisition, requesting an interview. Historically talent acquisition is the first contact an applicant has
with a potential employer. At the conclusion of the interview with talent acquistion, I was informed that I would receive follow up regarding the postion with in a week "either way", which I interpreted as someoe would communicate with me regarding the postitionwhether and offer would be made or not.Unfortunately I was not
informed within stated time period. I was not offered the above position but think it would be helpful if the rejection email contain some personal elements as to why the institution did not find you to be an appropriate candidate.
